Candy AI pricing 2026

The $3.99/month headline is real. The bill is $47.88, charged once, up front, on annual Premium. Month-to-month is $13.99. Text is the subscription. Images, voice, and video are 100 tokens, then packs.

What 100 tokens actually look like

Stills are cheap. Video is the hole in the wallet. Same generator the $13.99 plan unlocks.

What “$3.99/mo” actually charges

Candy AI sells one Premium feature set on several term lengths. The line that travels on ads is $3.99 a month. The line that hits the card on that plan is $47.88 billed once for twelve months, then auto-renewed at the then-current annual price unless you cancel. That is not a trick unique to EverAI — it is how almost every “from $X/mo” adult-app seat works — but it is the number people miss when they compare Candy to a $9.99 month somewhere else.

This page is a desk review, not candy.ai, not a coupon, and not a login. Operator: EverAI Limited, Malta company C107181. The full Candy AI review covers product and NSFW. Here we only do the meter: subscription, tokens, packs, free sample, and three worked examples of what a month can cost.

Plans on the 2026 checkout

The live subscriptions page checked in mid-July 2026 listed these three terms as the ones that matter. Weekly and biweekly SKUs ($5.60 / $9.79) have appeared on the same page; treat them as expensive drip billing, not a bargain. Every option we saw auto-renews.

Plan What you are billed Monthly equivalent Tokens
Premium monthly $13.99 each month $13.99 100 / month
Premium quarterly $26.97 every 3 months $8.99 100 / month
Premium annual $47.88 once a year $3.99 100 / month
Premium Plus Higher tier; confirm at checkout 330 / month (help center, 28 Aug 2026)

US dollars. Taxes, VAT, and geo pricing can change the number you see. Card descriptors reported by users include EverAI and UPGATE.COM. Cancel in Settings → Unsubscribe; access continues to the end of the paid window. EverAI’s help center, updated 25 Aug 2026, says canceling does not wipe chats or leftover purchased tokens. Deleting the account does.

Annual is the honest value if you already know you like the chat. Do not prepay twelve months to audition video. Video is where people overspend, and a year of cheap chat will not refund itself because the clips were 20 tokens each.

What the subscription includes — and what it does not

Premium’s useful sentence is: unlimited text chat on a paid seat, plus a monthly pile of 100 tokens for everything that is not text. Custom characters, 18+ stills, short video, voice notes, and live voice sit on that paid side. The NSFW page is the policy half of the same sentence: adult fiction is in-product; blocked classes remain.

Official help copy is blunt once the 100 tokens are gone: chat still works; images, video, voice, and some extras ask you to buy a pack. That is the whole business model, and it is the same model Xotic, Joi, Lovescape, and FantasyGF run under other names (XOT, Neurons, chips, tokens). Candy is not uniquely greedy. Candy is uniquely good at making the annual headline look like Netflix.

Premium Plus’s 330-token allotment (help center, late August 2026) is the first official admission that 100 was too thin for the features they keep shipping — Live Action from December 2025 / February 2026, more video, more voice. If you already know you will generate, price Plus at checkout before you stack $9.99 packs on vanilla Premium. We will not invent a Plus sticker price that the live page did not print in our notes.

Token ladder (July 2026 paid tests)

EverAI does not print per-action rates on the marketing page. Paid testers who watched the balance in July 2026 reported a consistent ladder. Use it as a budget, not a dare. Rates can move; the checkout and the in-app meter are the authority.

Action Tokens What 100 tokens buy
Image, V1 engine2~50 stills
Image, V2 engine4~25 stills
In-chat contextual scene10~10 stills
10-second contextual video20~5 clips
Voice note0.2Hundreds
Live voice call3 / minute~33 minutes

Pack sizes published around the same window: 100 tokens for $9.99, then 350 / $34.99, 550 / $49.99, 1,150 / $99.99, and larger packs up to 3,750 / $299.99. The 100-token pack is $0.10 per token. The 1,150 pack is a shade under $0.09. You are not getting a wholesale miracle; you are getting a slightly less bad unit price for agreeing to overbuy.

Token math with examples

Three users, one July 2026 ladder, no fantasy discounts. Subscription is extra in each row. These are worked examples, not invoices.

A. Chat-first, two V2 stills a day

60 V2 images in a 30-day month × 4 tokens = 120 tokens. Premium includes 100, so you buy one 100-token pack ($9.99) or you skip a few stills. Voice notes at 0.2 are noise. Bill: $13.99 + ~$10, or $47.88/year + the odd pack. This is the user annual was built for.

B. Evening clips

One 10-second video a night × 20 tokens = 600 tokens a month. Premium’s 100 covers five nights. Remaining 500 tokens ≈ a 550 pack at $49.99 (a little headroom) or five 100-packs at $49.95. Bill: $13.99 + ~$50, or $25–$60 in the band independent 2026 write-ups keep hitting. Annual does not save this user. Video does not care that you prepaid chat.

C. Mixed: daily chat, some V2, one weekly clip, a short call

20 V2 stills (80 tokens) + four 10-second clips (80) + a 10-minute live voice call (30) = 190 tokens. Premium covers 100. You are 90 tokens short: one $9.99 pack and a little rationing, or you wait for Plus’s 330. Bill: $13.99 + $9.99 if you stay disciplined; more if Live Action becomes a habit. Live Action is the feature Candy uses against text-only apps. It is also the feature that turns the wallet into a hole. Voice notes remain the cheap “girlfriend cadence” play — hundreds per 100 tokens — and more useful than the marketing implies.

A user who chats daily and never taps generate lives on $13.99 or on $3.99-equivalent annual. A user who wants cinema should budget like a cam site, then go read Xotic and Lovescape before stacking Candy packs. Independent cost write-ups that actually paid the bill in 2026 keep landing in a $25–$60 per month band for medium visual use, and higher if long calls become the point.

The free tier is a sample

Yes, you can sign up without a card. Independent 2026 tests of a new free account repeatedly recorded on the order of five text messages total — not five per day — a few sample images, and a couple of seconds of voice. Custom depth, uncensored media, and unlimited chat sit on Premium. If a Google snippet told you Candy AI is free, that snippet described the signup, not the product.

Use the sample for one question: does the writing style annoy you? If the first replies feel canned, $47.88 will not hire a better model. If they feel usable, buy one month at $13.99, generate a handful of V2 stills, do not touch video, and count remaining tokens on day 25. Only then consider quarterly or annual.

Cancel, refunds, and the week-long SKUs

Auto-renew is the default. Cancel inside the product (Settings → Unsubscribe) rather than by arguing with a card issuer on day 13 of an annual plan you used. Access through the paid window is the usual SaaS deal. We do not advertise refunds; digital adult subscriptions are not a clothing size. If your bank’s adult-merchant policy is the risk, that is a you problem the review cannot fix by zip code.

Weekly ($5.60) and biweekly ($9.79) SKUs annualize north of monthly if you stay. They lower the first yes; they are not cheaper Premium. The free five messages already are a first yes. $47.88 is the cheap year — after a month that tells you whether you are user A or user B.

Who should pay annual. Chat-first, stills as a treat, day-25 token count still healthy. Who should pay monthly. Anyone still deciding, anyone generating video, anyone who might bounce to Xotic or Joi in six weeks. Who should pay nothing. Anyone whose test messages already felt like a menu. Paying does not fix prose.

Verdict on the bill

Candy’s chat seat is inexpensive on annual and ordinary on monthly. Candy’s media seat is a second product. The $3.99 headline is not a lie; it is an incomplete sentence. Finish the sentence with 100 tokens, $9.99 packs, and the 20-token clip, and the price is honest. Score on the main review stays 7.6 / 10: not a scam, not Netflix-with-porn, not the official site.

FAQ

The $3.99/month line is the annual Premium equivalent. You are billed $47.88 once up front, then it auto-renews yearly. Month-to-month is $13.99. Images, voice, and video spend the 100-token allotment and then packs.

Premium at $13.99 each month, $26.97 every three months ($8.99/month equivalent), or $47.88 once a year. Chat-only users can live on the subscription. Media-heavy users often land between $25 and $60 a month after packs. Re-read the live checkout; geo and taxes move the number.

About 50 V1 stills, 25 V2 stills, 10 contextual scenes, five 10-second clips, hundreds of voice notes, or ~33 minutes of live voice — using July 2026 paid-test rates (2 / 4 / 10 / 20 / 0.2 / 3 per minute). Mix them and the 100 goes faster. Not a month of heavy video.

A free account exists and is useful for a few messages. Plan on about five sample texts, not a free hobby. Unlimited chat and 18+ media require Premium.

The 100 are a per-cycle allotment. Purchased packs are a different bucket: canceling Premium does not wipe leftover purchased tokens, per EverAI help copy dated 25 Aug 2026; deleting the account does. Confirm the live article before you buy a large pack on a plan you intend to drop.

A higher seat. Help center as of 28 Aug 2026 listed 330 tokens per month versus 100 on Premium. Price it at checkout.
